458 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 458 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using the 458 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 458 platform ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above who are Malaysian residents legally eligible to use online services provided herein.
- Minimum age: 18
- Malaysian users only
- One account per user
- Registration details must be accurate
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times. 458 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone. 458 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone call.

User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 458 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage the platform's systems
- Sharing your account with others or granting access to third parties
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access the platform without prior written authorisation
- Distributing offensive, deceptive or harmful content through the platform
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity
- Conducting suspicious transactions or those that conflict with anti-money laundering policies
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system in bad faith
Violation of any of the above rules may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. 458 reserves the right to withhold account balances involved in fraudulent activity while an investigation is conducted.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 458 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept deposits and withdrawals via local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank and CIMB. Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used belong to them and are obtained through legitimate means.
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. 458 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with established policies and limits. 458 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure account security. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
Any attempt to transfer funds through unauthorised methods or to conduct money laundering activities through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 458 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous platform availability, we make no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults. 458 is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including data loss or service disruptions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text and software on the 458 platform are the property of the platform or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 458.
Third-Party Links
The 458 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We do not control the content or privacy policies of those third-party websites and are not responsible for any loss arising from the use of their services.
Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
458 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account in the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have violated any part of these terms and conditions
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected on the account
- The user provided false information during registration or the verification process
- Account found to have been inactive for an extended period with no transactions
- Upon request by competent authorities pursuant to a court order or applicable law
Users may voluntarily close their account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any legitimate account balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the required identity verification.
In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 458 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with suspected fraudulent activity until the investigation is concluded.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Changes to Terms
458 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be deemed your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 458 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
